While this Measure seeks to outlaw one of the ways medical providers currently use to be paid for their services, its result is more centralization.

It is not the civil government’s job to intrude into commerce and prohibit patient and doctor from entering into whatever payment system they decide is best. This Measure is a move toward further state involvement in commerce and the private health care industry, and we recommend a No vote.
