This measure moves the retirement program of state employees more towards the typical retirement plan of most Oregonians. While we would rather see this be done by the Legislature, it seems proper in a time of financial problems at home and in the state to pare the retirement program of our servants back a bit. We recommend a YES vote on this Measure.
