PEAPAC Commentary Even if one agrees with our State’s current provisions for medical marijuana (which we do not), Measure 74 should be rejected. The Legislature is the best place to hold hearings, hear expert testimony and develop systems of dispensing approved medical drugs. We urge your No vote on Measure 74.
