We have said earlier in the voter’s guide that biblical government is decentralized. This measure appears to move in a decentralized direction. Additionally, this Measure would appear to give a positive incentive to the State to “count the cost” of any program that they might think of mandating to smaller jurisdictions.

We have said earlier in the voter’s guide that biblical government is decentralized. This measure appears to move in a decentralized direction. The probable outcome would be less state-mandated programs required of local jurisdictions.

Additionally, this Measure would appear to give a positive incentive to the State to “count the cost” of any program that they might think of mandating to smaller jurisdictions. Therefore, we recommend a YES vote.
